This is "The real McCoy". Masterly roasted in small batches as it's ordered to ensure optimum freshness. The roasting profile is a "City Roast". This is a deep shade of brown and the optimal roast for an origin coffee. This is not considered a dark roast. You taste the full origin qualities and characteristics of the coffee and not the roast itself.

Our coffees are the finest and freshest in the world! Buying from Gold Star is Factory Direct, we roast this exotic coffee every single day in small batches. Your coffee is always roasted fresh the day it is shipped.

Jamaican Estate Reserve

100% Pure Jamaican coffee, procured and screened to Grade 1 specialty standards with less than 1% defects. Same great taste, with better availability. Satisfaction Guaranteed.

Jamaica Blue Mountain

Grown in a small region with rich soil, cool mist evenings and altitudes of up to 7400 feet give this rarest of coffees a subtle sweetness combined with an elegant structured body that dances over your tongue.

Hawaiian Kona Coffee

This coffee is truly exotic in nature and price. If it were a car, it would be a Ferrari. If it were an outfit, it would be Chanel. Smooth as silk and very mellow in taste. No after taste, it rolls over your tongue like warm butter.

Yauco Selecto AA

This special and rare coffee of Puerto Rico is considered on of the finest coffees of the world and offers a full-bodied experience with an arresting aftertaste. This true estate coffee is worth it’s high price per pound and is noted on Forbes's top 10 list for most expensive coffee of the world. It has a chocolatey aroma, buttery and sweet with a solid power punch.

Kenya Kaguyu AA Grand Reserve

“Grande Reserve” is the best of the AA crop from this small exclusive Kenyan estate located in the Kirinyaga district in the southern part of the famous Mt. Kenya. Elevation of 7200 feet with red volcanic soils that are rich in organic matter help make this the perfect cup of Kenya coffee.

Yemen Red Mocha Haraaz AA+

A true Mocha from the Haraaz mountains of Yemen grown at an elevation of 7800 feet. Our Haraaz has an exceptional creamy body with hints of vanilla that are finished off with it’s traditional chocolatey mocha notes and a touch of cherry is present.

Hawaiian Kona Swiss Water Decaf

Hawaii’s best coffee decaffeinated using the ultra modern Swiss Water process to virtually eliminate all the caffeine without sacrificing the coffee’s natural taste characteristics.

Jamaica Blue Mountain Peaberry

This is a rare find for true coffee enthusiasts! Pea Berries look different from regular beans as only one grows inside a coffee cherry rather than two. Some say that the flavor that is shared with two beans is now concentrated into one.

Maui Red Catuai – Top Crop

This Maui Red Catuai provides a wonderfully bright flavor in a city roast. Often referred to as the “Cabernet of coffees”, the burgundy flavor notes are reminiscent to a beautiful red wine.

Rwanda Karongi Gitesi – Micro Lot

Rwanda Karongi Gitesi is a micro lot cup of excellence award winning coffee grown at an altitude of 6500 ft. A luxurious bright, smooth and balanced cup hinting of spice, dark chocolate and dried apple.

CAFÉ 645

We don’t tend to promote blends but this one is rare and special. The most unique and exquisite blend of 2 rare reserve coffees. Roasted separately and blended in different percentages.2 rare reserve coffees, 2 different roasting shades = 1 dynamic blend.Los Planes – El Salvador (city roast), Puerto Rico Yauco Selecto (french roast)Deep, rich and full bodied. Exceptional aroma revealing hints of dark chocolate and dried fruit.Created by our founder Master Coffee Artisan - Constantine

Nicaragua Red Honey – El Especial Microlot

This Nicaragua Red Honey – El Especial Microlot coffee provides a wonderfully fruity flavor with good body in a medium roast. Honey processed coffees consist of the beans dried with the sticky mucilage still intact after they have been picked from the cherries. Red Honey beans dry for roughly 2-3 weeks in shaded areas. This Nicaragua Red Honey – El Especial Microlot coffee provides a wonderfully fruity flavor with good body in a medium roast.

Honduras Yellow Honey – Prima Microlot

This Honduras Yellow Honey – Prima Microlot coffee has a beautifully fruity and floral taste with hints of honey and sweet fragrance. Ideally roasted to a city roast, you’ll find a pleasant medium body with just the right amount of creaminess.

Black Honey

Some say this is the best honey processed coffee of them all. Black Honey is the most complex and laborious honey processed bean. 100% of the mucilage, and part of the cherry itself, is kept intact while the beans are dried under a plastic tarp and only rotated once every 24hrs. This process helps give these beans a full bodied and sweet taste with fruity after tones and immense depth.

50^TH

We took the three elite Hawaiians: Kona, Maui & Kauai Pea Berry and masterfully roasted them together. This combination results in a smooth, light & fruity cup of coffee with hints of spiced nuts.

mmmMocha - FT Organic
The world’s finest blend consisting of Africa’s top three, “KEY” Kenya, Ethiopia & Yemen. mmmMocha, a true representation of what Africa has to offer. This wonderful coffee creates a balance of soft spice, deep rich & floral with notes of cocoa.

Nightwish ½ Caff

An exquisite brew that’s bold, semi-sweet & well rounded all over.50% Kona / 50% Kona S.W. Decaf. All the taste with half the caffeine.

mmmMidnight - FT Organic
We’ve taken coffees from Kenya, Colombia & Guatemala and roasted them precisely together to a dark roast. Once blended together, these beans give you the perfect rich and flavorful brew of dark roasted coffee with hints of chocolate.

Great service great coffee

"We bought the 10lb "custom" pack that allowed us to choose our coffees. So a fun way to explore the coffee world. So far have tried the Jamaican Estate and Blue Mountain. The Estate flavourful and bolder than the Blue Mountain which is milder, silky smooth and a great finish. Looking forward to the rest."

Excellent variety pack!

"I usually order the green beans from Goldstar Coffee . My roaster broke down right before the holidays and I ordered a variety of roasted coffees. So far, we have tasted the Honduras, Yemen, mmmMidnight, and decaf Hawaiian; all of them were excellent! The decaf Hawaiian is the very best decaf that we have tried to date. Thank you for the fast delivery before the holidays and great coffee!"
