We don’t promote blends but this one is rare and special. The most unique and exquisite blend of 2 rare reserve coffees. Roasted separately and blended in difference percentages. 

2 rare reserve coffees, 2 different roasting shades = 1 dynamic blend. 

Los Planes – El Salvador (city roast), Puerto Rico Yauco Selecto (french roast)  

Deep, Rich and full bodied. Exceptional Aroma revealing hits of dark chocolate and dried fruit.

COFFEE STORY 

Gold Star’s Founder, Master Roaster, Master Coffee Artisan has always been a coffee fanatic.  He's traveled the globe to find rare and unique coffees since 1993. 

He has created this simple yet “perfect” 2 bean blend for his most discerning pallet. 

This “perfect” coffee was originally just for him to take home and enjoy, then it was spread as a gift to his extended family, then friends and finally clientele in the “know” 

Now he offers to roast it daily (in limited 20lb quantities) for you.
